Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and enrolling in our driving courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Student Requirements

• Students must hold a valid Arizona Instruction Permit for all in-vehicle lessons (except for written test prep courses).
• The permit must be physically present during every lesson. Instructors cannot allow a student to drive without it.
• Students must wear closed-toe shoes during all driving lessons.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and will handle those on a case-by-case basis.

4. ADOT Road Test Waiver

Completion of an ADOT-certified course (10-hour or 15-hour) qualifies the student for a Training Completion Certificate (Road Test Waiver). However, issuance of this certificate is not guaranteed and is based on the student demonstrating safe, competent driving skills at the instructor's discretion.

5. Payments and ESA Funds

Full payment or verification of ESA fund approval is required prior to the start of the first lesson. For families utilizing ESA funds, we will work directly with the program administrator to invoice for approved services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Learn to Drive and its instructors are fully insured. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs outside the scope of our scheduled driving lessons.
